I want to take a moment to welcome you all back to the 17-18 school year. We are all working very hard to prepare for the arrival of the students next week. Please take a few moments to review the materials below:
- Band Dues have been reduced to $25 this year, these will be due on September 1st.
- You may send in a check/cash to FFMS Band with your child or pay these online (convenience fee will apply) : www.fiveforksband.org
- We will be selling tervis cups at Open House, come by the Band table and say hello!
- Students will not need instruments until Friday, August 11th.
- Please check to make sure that your child has a black binder and all instrument accessories ready for our first day on instruments!
- Keep an eye out for detailed band information to come home the first week of school: remind text sign-ups, eClass, the band website, and e-mail will all be used for communication this year.
- Welcome Back to Band Party:
- 7th Grade – August 14th Afterschool 4:30 – 6pm
- 8th Grade – August 15th Afterschool 4:30 – 6pm
- We will need volunteers for these events (Sign Up Link Coming Soon!)
