Director
Jordan Romo is currently the Director of Bands at Five Forks Middle School in Snellville, GA. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Troy University in 2020, and continued to pursue her education by obtaining her Masters in 2022. Her extensive education and training have helped her to develop her skills and knowledge in the field of music education, and she is passionate about sharing her expertise with her students.
Jordan’s background in music includes playing the clarinet, which is a particular passion of hers. Her experience as a clarinet player at Troy University has given her the opportunity to hone her skills in this area, which she now brings to her teaching. Additionally, Jordan has experience in leadership roles, having served as the drum major at East Coweta High School.
As an educator, Jordan is dedicated to providing her students with the best possible musical education. She is constantly exploring innovative teaching techniques and strategies to help her students achieve their full potential.
Jordan’s professional affiliations include GMEA, NAFME, and that one music frat.
In her personal life, Jordan is happily married to her husband, Joseph. In her free time, she enjoys playing her clarinet, attending concerts and musical performances, and spending time with her loved ones.
